I think I’m going to give them another week to finish out, they are getting close but still need a little more weight. The processing will be on the morning of the 9th. If you ordered a whole bird, you can email us at chris@fortpatriot.com to arrange pick up on the afternoon of the 9th. For the canned chicken, please allow another couple of weeks.
